Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 9, 2026.

Pulso Labs is working toward an experience that people can use with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, reduced motion, and other assistive technologies.

Our current status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our design and development target. This is a target, not a claim that every page currently conforms. A complete independent assistive-technology audit has not yet been completed.

This statement covers the public website, booking flow, and client portal operated by Pulso Labs. Third-party pages such as hosted payment, webmail, accounting, file, or other provider interfaces are governed by their operators and can present different accessibility behaviour.

Measures we take

  • Semantic landmarks, heading structure, labels, status announcements, and descriptive control names.
  • Keyboard operation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
  • Colour contrast checks and error states that do not rely on colour alone.
  • Responsive layouts, readable text sizing, zoom support, and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Accessible validation that identifies the affected field and moves focus to the first unresolved issue.
  • Ongoing manual and automated checks during product changes.

Known limitations

  • The booking calendar and long multi-step forms still require complete testing with multiple screen readers and physical mobile devices.
  • Some project files or content supplied by clients or third parties may not be fully accessible.
  • Third-party hosted interfaces can change without notice and may not match our target.

We prioritize a barrier that prevents booking, payment, portal access, file exchange, approval, or contact. We will update this statement as testing identifies or resolves material limitations.

Compatibility and technical approach

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers with standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where needed. Older browsers, disabled JavaScript, unsupported assistive-technology combinations, and third-party content may provide a reduced experience. Core information and a direct contact route should remain available whenever reasonably possible.

Report a barrier or request an alternative

If a barrier prevents you from using a page or completing a task, email yoan@pulsolabs.io. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and your preferred contact method. Do not include passwords or sensitive account credentials.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days. We will offer the information or service through a reasonable alternative while investigating when possible. If a requested format or accommodation cannot be provided immediately, we will explain the next step and expected timing.

Assessment and updates

This statement is based on internal review of the current code and known product limitations. It will be updated after material platform changes and after broader keyboard, screen-reader, browser, and physical-device testing.
