PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
A quick summary before you reserve
Included revisions. Two rounds of changes are included per deliverable. Corrections of our mistakes do not count toward this limit. Send a complete list in each round. Further rounds need team approval; new directions or larger changes are quoted before work begins and may be billed at an hourly rate. Any extra cost needs your agreement. Requesting an estimate does not authorize work or a charge.Reservation deposit. Every reservation uses the same USD 50 deposit, credited toward the project total. Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund when the delivery date is at least seven calendar days away. After 48 hours, or fewer than seven days before delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.Expedited service fee. The USD 65 service fee is added to the project total and billed with the final balance, not at booking.Remaining balance. The reservation summary shows the estimated remaining balance. It becomes payable after client approval on Net 7 terms. A domestic U.S. bank transfer has no added fee; credit card payment includes a separately disclosed 2.4% surcharge. Final files, launch, and ownership transfer follow full payment.Annual services. Selected annual services are prepaid one year at a time. Before renewal, you choose the services, review the exact price, and start payment yourself. Saving a card securely with Stripe for faster future checkout is optional; it is not charged without your renewal approval. Third-party prices and terms may change.Cancellation. The deposit rule above is the complete cancellation charge. No additional cancellation fee applies.
