PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
A quick summary before you reserve
Reservation deposit. Every reservation uses the same USD 50 deposit, credited toward the project total. Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund when the delivery date is at least seven calendar days away. After 48 hours, or fewer than seven days before delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.Expedited service fee. The USD 75 service fee is added to the project total and billed with the final balance, not at booking.Remaining balance. The reservation summary shows the estimated remaining balance. It becomes payable after client approval on Net 7 terms, with Zelle as the usual payment method unless another method is agreed. Final files, launch, and ownership transfer follow full payment.Annual services. Selected annual services are prepaid one year at a time. We send a reminder before renewal and never charge a renewal automatically or keep a card on file for it. Third-party prices and terms may change.Cancellation. The deposit rule above is the complete cancellation charge. No additional cancellation fee applies.
